VERIDAPT’s platform monitors, controls and authorises the use of over 6 billion litres of fuel annually, across 60+ large global mining and rail operations. Our clients include top tier commodity producers BHP, Rio Tinto, Glencore, Vale, Teck, Syncrude and major rail companies.
VERIDAPT has been leading the world in hydrocarbon management for over 15 years. It is built on our rugged hardware and enterprise software application that has been specifically designed to fit any size mining or rail business.
By tracking the entire fuel & lubricant chain from delivery to consumption using our proprietary IoT technology, businesses will achieve:
Greater cost savings
Accurate emissions monitoring

AdaptFMS ensures total remote visibility of your fuel and oil from port to pit or anywhere in between. Whatever scale of solution your business requires, we deliver.
Unprecedented Reconciliation Capabilities
Knowing what goes in and what goes out
= data completeness and accuracy
Because fuel is one of your largest expenses, we have designed a supply chain solution that delivers unprecedented visibility and reconciliation capabilities.
AdaptFMS ensures all inflows and outflows across your operation reconcile to within a suitable error limit so you can be confident you are optimising fuel and lubricant use.
Data maintenance and integrity is achieved through checks and processes that ensure only correct data enters the system on an ongoing basis.
At VERIDAPT, we know that tank-by-tank inventory reconciliation of fuel and lubricants, down to the level of the fuel consuming asset, is critical to the success of any fuel management system.
The AdaptFMS Solution
Our hydrocarbon management system aggregates data from field devices, such as tank level gauges, PLCs, flow meters, etc., and presents the data in a meaningful format for statuary reporting and internal analysis and improvement.
AdaptFMS provides simple visibility of fuel and lubricant usage down to each fuel consuming asset.
Our rugged hardware integrates with hydrocarbon infrastructure on site to monitor and control the flow of fuel and oil. It automatically captures all product movement as distinct transactions, fuel flow with dates, times, and other details down to the individual vehicle, person or asset.
What sets us apart is that our rugged AdaptMAC hardware does more than just record volume and dates. It’s user-friendly touch screen interface, allows workflow customisation and integration with PLCs. The AdaptMAC enables operators to capture information, such as reporting of faults or recording odometer readings and engine hours.
Other features include;
Reconciliation via automated transactions ensuring data integrity
Min and max-ops levels established and monitored with alerts and alarms leading to inventory optimisation
Real-time data visibility ensuring changes in production to manage and prevent stockout
Vendor-managed inventory that allows a vendor to track usage in real-time
Multiple fuel authorisation options – tracking of product, field user ID, equipment item, flow rates, time, duration, burn rates, queuing and internal product movement from tank-to-tank
All this data is accessible in our secure, central web application – AdaptIQ an intuitive, simple, easy to navigate software application.
Our Customer Success team is ready provide data analytics with regular reporting and real-time reconciliation.
AdaptIQ records important information about products & resources in a business or supply chain. While AdaptIQ records data, such as live, real-time stock in storage tanks, silos and stockpiles or other storage facilities and live movement of stock to and from the storage facility, or an asset that will use the resource, such as a vehicle being refuelled. By tracking changes in stock in a storage tank, and movement to and from, AdaptIQ can compare the two data points in order to confirm the measurements match. This provides high certainty of accuracy – a process VERIDAPT refer to as reconciling. By ensuring that all recorded data “reconciles”, all data analysis and reporting, such as:
fleet fuel consumption reporting
lubricant utilisation reporting
Refuelling times and efficiency is then based on reliable, trustworthy data, in order to power business improvements and optimisations.
We now offer emissions reporting, down to each fuel consuming asset, providing visibility and transparency of CO2 emissions.
